Last week I decided to switch from Soccer USA to H2O Operations. I thought their product was interesting and could be marketable.  The WaterMonster is a 125-gallon portable self-serving water station that offers cold, filtered water along with shade and canopy misting tents at social events throughout Austin and Central Texas. The goal was  to focus on how social media can help benefit the product Water Monster in order to generate additional sales for H2O Operations. I discussed and demonstrated new ideas for how social media techniques such as, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress, and YouTube can help a company like H2O Operations market its products to build better relationships with its consumers, which can lead to a growth in sales.

My term paper will focus on how social media can help benefit small companies. Soccer USA is a local soccer store in Austin, Texas and does a good job of keeping up with new products. Many players tend to purchase equipment and apparel from catalogs and the internet. I want to discuss how  social media sites such as, Facebook, twitter, and WordPress can help a company like Soccer USA build better relationships with their customers, which will help them generate more sales.

Does your company need a change?

My pamphlet, “Companies Don’t Buy, The People Do” is loaded with beneficial information and can be used for any company or organization. It provides basic, unique, coherent, and effective techniques to train sales personnel in order to generate more sales.

  • It emphasizes the importance of forming a relationship with clients, not just pushing the sale.
  • Covers how communication and organizational skills help impact your performance in sales.
  • Identifies new technology being used to promote sales, keeping your sales team up to date with current trends.
  • Provides employees with convenient useful terms, examples, and further information that are a part of everyday sales.

Don’t miss out on this chance to improve your business and expand overall sales!

Indoor soccer is a fast paced game and is a great way to stay in shape. Recently, our university installed new soccer goals to our gymnasium. The court is much more confined than a normal outdoor soccer field. Endurance and stamina are crucial for competing in this kind of atmosphere. I interviewed an up-coming soccer star named Barrett Holcombe and got his opinions on indoor vs outdoor soccer.

My initial interview was taken at an actual indoor soccer game up in Austin, Texas, but due to technical difficulties I was unable to post the interview. Anyway, this clip is kind of funny.
